Heshmatieh Hospital

Heshmatieh Hospital is one of the public hospitals with a history of more than a century located on Asadabadi Street, Sabzevar, Razavi Khorasan Province. It was built in 1919 with the efforts of Dr. Ghasem Ghani and the investment of Salar Heshmat, the governor of the time, in a garden outside the city and on a substructure of about 4,500 square meters. Heshmatieh Hospital is considered the first hospital built in Khorasan Province and one of Iran's first hospitals.

Heshmatieh Hospital initially had 12 beds and then continued to activate 160 beds in its surgical, general, and eye departments. After 82 years of service, this hospital stopped working for a few years, although it was re-inaugurated in 2014 with eight floors in an area of 19,000 square meters.

The Heshmatieh Hospital serves patients with 200 beds in specialized and super-specialty departments. It provides the best medical services to patients in Iran and from all over the world.
